A picturesque and tranquil harbour surrounded by lush green hills and lined with colourful boats, Mevagissey Inner Harbour is a charming spot to relax and take in the sights and sounds of the sea.
What an impressive harbour, lovely range of boats. Shops for ice cream and pasties, and pastry. A few good spots to crab and watch boats go by. Take the speed boat round the bays.
Yes, it's a tourist magnet but it's also a working port and worth visiting for that alone. Parking here will be fun in summer but we arrived on foot from Heligan Caravan & Camping Park using the excellent 2.5 mile long path/cycleway. There are lots of places trying to sell you something but it isn't tacky. We enjoyed our visit.
What a lovely little harbour for a picturesque fishing village, didnt expect it to look as good as it did, so when we turned the corner to see it, we were absolutely stunned. There are plenty of things to do and places to go nearby, carparking isn't too bad if you are prepared to pay. It's a very nice place that will definitely be worth coming back.
Nice place with plenty of beautiful places to shop and many seafood trucks. The perfect place for crabbing! Only issues is their are no bins and the roads are very tight.
Picturesque fishing harbour with nearby narrow streets, shops, and eateries. Lovely for wandering on a summer day.
Lovely location and fabulous ice cream stall.
