Stark steel structure that is out of character with the charming Victorian seafront area. Lacking any kind of artistic merit. In general I like modern art but this seems to be no more than a clumsy attempt at expressing some kind of sevond-wave industrial spirit, at least fifty years too late.
Not very attractive. Not sure why the council wastes money on this.
