Fabulous outdoor Hiking area', go prepared for all weather's-' lots of places to Explire Holwick Scar High Force Low Force Bowlees Gibson's Cave and Summerhill Force Cow Green cauldron snout and Widdybank Fell Pennine way
Low Force/High Force - fab walk indeed. No good for wheelchairs/pushchair on western flank but east side of river is accessible for all. 30 minute stroll between forces.
Brilliant loop walk from Low Force with many birds and flowers not mentioning views! Slightly boggy in places.
Great place to walk through on the way to cauldron snout. An impressive waterfall you get to climb beside. We do a nice 8 mile circular walk from cow green reservoir car park down the road then across the fields to join the pennine way beside Moor House
