This 12-acre park features a large playground, skate park, and sports facilities, including a football pitch, tennis courts, and a bowling green. The park also has a walking trail, woodland area, and a pond with a fountain, providing a peaceful escape from the surrounding urban area.
I have been going to this park since I was a child. Beautiful and relaxing scenery .
The council need to get this park sorted for the children. I emailed the council over 3 months ago regarding the the tyre swing which has now been removed almost 1 year now. It still up to this today 4th June 2021 has not been sorted out! Shocking!! Disgusting!! Summer is coming and the children need somewhere to play!
Fairly good equipment in the children's areas, open space for playing football and an enclosed dog field! Lost a star for me as it is littered and a little run down - council could do to pop by and see to repairs of some equipment and gate fastenings
Nice and cosy park
Small park but good enough for the kiddies to enjoy themselves. I wouldn't picnic here though.
