NatureScot Muir of Dinnet National Nature Reserve is an area managed for nature and people on Royal Deeside. The reserve is a wonderful mosaic of woodlands, wetlands and lochs. Beautiful scenery, the hidden waterfall is an amazing place. A must see if you are in the area. The whole area is an amazing place to walk around. There are plenty of places to stop and rest, picnic, admire the view, or just stop to enjoy the peace and quiet.
Lovely lake walk, first time visiting for me. Will return to do the many others and give myself more time. I'd advise you take a map from the visitor centre before you set off, even though the paths are well signposted as some of the walks are longer than others.
