Unearth the unusual and delve into the beautiful eight acres of Myddelton House Gardens and discover the compelling story of Edward Augustus Bowles, one of Britain's most famous self-taught gardeners, artists and expert botanists.
Wonderful gardens that have seen better day, but still with many beautiful plants and trees, amazing visas, and inspiring garden design. Excellent hot and cold drinks and snacks for the cafe, with excellent seating both inside and out. PS3.00 for parking, free on foot. I highly recommend you visit.
Beautiful place to visit, I'll definitely go again.... Very well kept gardens with some beautiful Mediterranean plants as well as greenhouses a lake and plenty of benches.... The only thing you have to pay for is the car park which is only PS3 for the day... Nice cafe on site serving something for everyone.
An absolutely adorable and peaceful garden with plenty of secret paths and benches to rest. I enjoyed wandering around and exploring plants, flowers, vegetables. It's not a huge space but there's enough to spent the whole day, especially if you're into nature.
Lovely place to have a walk around the garden. The garden is such a lovely place and, so much to look at!
Beautiful place, it's like something out of The Secret Garden. Amazing variety of flowers and plants. Has a small cafe and outdoor seating, toilets and nappy changing facilities
Was very hot when I went but, plenty of benches to sit on and relax. I have a yearly ticket for PS30 which is great value if you visit a lot. The ticket is for your car, so all the occupants get in with you. When you pay for the ticket online you have to allow 7 days before you can actually visit.
