This scenic hill offers stunning views of the Cheshire countryside and is a popular spot for walkers and nature lovers. The hill is covered in heather and gorse, which bloom in the summer months, creating a vibrant display of colour. On a clear day, visitors can see as far as the Welsh hills and the Peak District. The hill is also home to a variety of wildlife, including birds, insects, and small mammals. With its picturesque scenery and abundant wildlife, Bickerton Hill is a must-visit for anyone who loves the great outdoors.
Brilliant place to spend hours and hours. It's got so many paths/trails that seem to branch off in every direction. It would be a struggle with a pram or wheelchair though. There is an Iron Age fort at the very top. Be careful not to miss it though as it's easy to just walk straight past. The views go on for miles on a clear day.
This place is terrible, don't go. The views are breathtaking (you will be exhausted by the time you see them). The countryside is refreshingly empty (as long as people read this literally), and people as welcoming as me haunt these hills.
Great views at the top. Well worth a visit
Walk there every week. Great place with loads of routes and views
