It's absolutely stunning. Fine sand, calm sea, tide flooding gently, walk around and feel great
Lovely, relaxing place. Best of the side it's the sand and lots of birds to watch Must visit

Stunning at sunset (Car park closes at 6pm though) We went at the end of the day, at the end of the off-season and almost had the place to ourselves. The sand was so soft and clean. The area felt so natural and unspoilt. Thank you to the National Trust for taking such good care of this beautiful place.
A little nature reserve in the edge of west wittering beach. There are sand dunes with rare sand lizards and some salt marsh areas. There's a walk around the perimeter with roped off areas to protect the delicate habitat. There's also a board walk path through the middle. Lots of signs up saying no BBQs.
It is a surprisingly beautiful place. Just next to the car park you can find a dramatically different section of the beach as the current there is very strong and the sea looks almost angry. However, the left side, the National Trust beach was calm and peaceful with lovely long and relaxing waves when we visited. The beach long and wide and also sandy. The protected dunes and the walking paths are amazing. Excellent place to enjoy the beauty of the Nature.
