This stunning coastline offers breathtaking views of the Irish Sea and surrounding countryside. Explore the rugged cliffs, hidden coves, and sandy beaches, and discover the rich history and wildlife of the area. Take a leisurely walk along the coastal path, enjoy a picnic with a view, or simply sit back and watch the sunset over the sea.
The different rock formations, the old carvings and traces of bullets makes the site interesting. From a certain point of view, its like non-terrestrial,moon-like surface.Rare bushes and bird species all around, highly recommended. Not far from the town, relatively easy acces for kids and elderly people as well. Its got its own parking lot.
Love it even if it's raining Can get muddy in winter. Boots are a good idea
Best see side of you not like the crowded noise sea cities. The village is very cute and easily can spend here a day. For some reason most of the place even coffee shop accept only cash.
Lovely short walk, it's nothing short of marvellous. Please keep a pair of rubber boots while visiting this beach, you'll thank me later. It's such a beautiful beach and during low tide (when we visited), I couldn't get enough of it. This is the most unique beach I've seen so far.
Whatever time of year this place is fabulous. Lovely walk along the beach and yummy snack at cafe. Great for birdwatching too.
Great place to enjoy the beach. Make sure you come during the high tide or else the sea withdraws miles away.
