This is s little gem hidden ...the manor is open but you will find noone, you get to explore around . The village attached to it is worth a visit , it was a beautiful day out!
Neat little manor house in the countryside. Open to the public for free and with information about the house and it's history on site. Very interesting as it is a smaller structure which I have hardly seen anywhere else. Makes a good visit for enthusiasts or a stop-by at a walk. Not recommended for those looking for great castles or an adjacent coffee or shopping experiance.
Such a delightful experience. There is a quiet National Trust sign, on Tonbridge road, showing you the way. With many more to guide you from there. Upon arrival it has none of the usual pomp and ceremony at the entrance. Instead, free entrance with many notices explaining the history of this incredible medieval homestead. Thank-you to the volunteers who have so diligently and carefully put together the information boards! Well worth the time.
Tiny little place with no car park but so interesting and informative.
English heritage building that can be visited via bike from borough green station but no way of public transportation. Theres a room with information and a lrger room accessible upstairs via stairs. Parking limited to only 3 to 4 cars at once but usually no one visit this place.
Don Quixote eat your heart out. This is such a lovely old knights Manor house just out the tales of yore and then some. And bonus it's real! Delighted to find this building with so much history and charm.
