About

Ragwen Point is a rugged and windswept headland on the north coast of Cornwall, offering breathtaking views of the Atlantic Ocean and the surrounding coastline. The point is marked by a distinctive rocky outcrop, which has been eroded into a series of dramatic arches and stacks. On a clear day, visitors can see for miles out to sea, and on a stormy day, the point is a great spot to watch the waves crashing against the shore. The coastal path winds its way along the edge of the point, providing a thrilling and sometimes hair-raising walk with steep cliffs and stunning views. In the spring, the point is covered in a carpet of wildflowers, adding a splash of colour to the dramatic scenery.

This is the review for Ragwen point. DO NOT FOLLOW SAT NAV this will take you down a private road which you cannot turn round and is rough Low cars will get damaged and it is not the way to Ragwen point. Park in Pendine go to the beach and walk right at low tide you can reach this point. It is beautiful has plenty of caves to explore.

Gorgeous walk but DO NOT USE THIS LOCATION TO GET HERE BY CAR! You will end up driving down private roads before having to turn around. The nearest car park is in Pendine and the walk starts just to right of beach up the cliff. Toilets and cafe also in Pendine.

Found this spot by accident whilst following the Pembrokeshire coast on the latter part of the afternoon, the tide was out. The other 3 people there left us alone for the next couple of hours whilst we rested in the sun, listened to the sea and explored the coast and Rock pools.. Bliss. But remember to keep it secret, we don't want it getting busy!

Stunning views, this wasn't at the very top but the first 'viewing' point I couldn't go further, be careful on the steps they can get slippy in parts, we went up when tide was out then again when it was in, toilets at the bottom and a cafe reasonably priced too for where it is.

Brilliant. You can walk into most of these carved out cliff faces quite far. The beach seems to go on for miles and there's plenty of shops. Well worth a visit

A gorgeous view point which I highly recommend visiting. Really easy to access with some stunning views. Definitely recommend visiting at sunset too!
