The New Forest National Park in southern England is a vast and ancient woodland, covering over 140 square miles. It is one of the largest remaining tracts of unenclosed pasture land in the UK, where ponies, cattle, and deer roam freely. The reserve is home to a diverse range of flora and fauna, including rare species such as the Dartford warbler, nightjar, and sand lizard. Visitors can explore the forest's many trails, including the 26-mile New Forest Way, and enjoy activities such as walking, cycling, and horse riding. The forest is also dotted with picturesque villages, such as Brockenhurst and Beaulieu, which offer a glimpse into traditional rural life.

Lovely walk round the reservoir. Car park available, (couldn't figure out how to add more time if paying via card though) 1st hour free with ticket, cheap prices. A lovely cafe to stop at. Lots of ducks to feed (NO bread)
Walk here a few times a week. Lovely place to spend your time. There is a little bit of wildlife to see and also a cafe.
Great place for a nice, quiet and chilled out walk, we got to see a bunny and alot of ducks. Also now links up to the actual res bit as a cut through to the back car park, very useful.
Nice to have a walk around the lake, however hard to look at the birds loosing their feathers clearly due to being fed up with white bread. People, stop! It kills them slowly
Lovely walking. Can do short or long. Lovely little old train station nearby. Lots of different birds.
