Absolutely fantastic. One should visit this place at least once in a ifetime. It's a combination of beauty and history. There are so many gameing fun and shopping activities. Play area for children. 6 pounds for car parking. The chairlift was really fun and adventurous. You can go to the cliff end either with a chair lift or by walk and a wonderful pebble beach is awaiting you. 2 side chairlift tickets are 9 pounds. Even you can get your picture framed when sitting in the chairlift with a beautiful background. Can't explain its beauty with white cliff landscape and greenish blue sea. For entering the old battery, you need to take a separate ticket of 8 pounds, which is a rip-off but worthwhile, while seeing all the equipment, preserved places, and written history over there. There are so many spots for taking good pictures with a wonderful background and needles on the back. For going to the old battery and peak point, there is a bus service which cost you 7 pounds for return ticket or can walk either.
Fabulous day out, the centre is a little bit commercial, but the glass making is interesting and the chairlift is worth the visit alone, would recommend the boat trip too to get close up with the Needles. Well worth a walk up to the old and new battery positions operated by the National Trust.
