Really interesting place to visit even in the rain. Could benefit from a few more boards and signs, but with so much infrastructure still present, you get a real feel about what it would have been like. Free parking and toilets in Nenthead, and a cafe and shop too.
Had a very scenic walk around the mines. It has loads of parking and perfect for a few hours to explore the valley.
