Neptune's Hut is a 19th-century thatched roof cottage located in Cley-next-the-Sea, Norfolk, England. This tiny, picturesque cottage is said to be one of the smallest cottages in the UK, measuring only 15 feet by 10 feet in size. The cottage has been beautifully preserved and is now a popular tourist attraction, offering a glimpse into the past and the lives of the local fishermen who once lived there.
The hut is no more. Gutted.
brilliant bit of engineering went into this. better than most new builds.
Found whilst out walking . Reminded me of a desert Island shack!
Nice spot :)
Allocated on the dunes area, little away from the sand area, you need an eagle eye to spot it between greens. It's free access, at any time while walking along the beach.
We have been going here for some time and remember when Neptune's hut was just two lengths of long you could sit on and enjoy the view. Over time people have added more and more to the hut and we have always delighted seeing the new additions. People have also written their thoughts or bits of wisdom on the timbers etc inside. A little piece of magic surviving against the odds.
