Went on a Monday. The car park was almost full with very few spaces. Parking is free. It was almost lunch time and the restaurant was almost full. Ticket counter was quiet, still i suggest to book online. The park is really nice with those cute otters, lynx and wolves. Not much wheelchair friendly. Some surfaces are filled with gravels and chippings. Still you can ride the strollers. Kids gonna really enjoy. There are multiple play areas inside the park. You can touch the deers. They're so friendly. Polite staffs. Strongly recommended!!
Great place to take the kids, visited on a Wednesday during summer holidays, not hectic or extra busy. Great customer service, plenty of benches and seating. Not suitable for manual wheelchairs, battery operated wheelchairs are okay on bark and stone surfaces.
Great outing seeing lots of different animals well worth a trip. Family and kid friendly. Play parks and sand pit for the kids. Smaller than expected would struggle to make it a whole day out.
I'd highly recommend a visit here! We came during the summer holidays- very busy. The staff are very friendly and knowledgeable about all the animals. We didn't use the food outlets because we decided to take a picnic. There is plenty of seating areas and play areas for the kids. The toilets weren't the best but useable. The gift shop seems to be very bare, not sure why. We would return again!
Absolutely wonderful. Great work they are doing here. Good for a family day out. Very busy between open till around 2/3ish on holidays but a 2nd walk round when it was more quiet was lovely. The animals are clearly loved and taken care of
An absolutely amazing day out, we purchased the keeper experience for two and had such a good time. We managed to feed and see multiple of the animals around the park as well. Special thanks to Geoff and Tristian who showed us around and were super knowledgeable about everything, they made my birthday one I won't forget! There's plenty of play areas for the kids as well and loads of things to do for people of all ages. Highly recommend to everyone.
