Parks, play barns, tractor rides, crafts, treasure hunt, & pony rides on selected days.
Nice little venue for toddlers and small children. My daughter and I took her toddler to visit on Friday in the gorgeous sunshine. The animals are very sweet, ponies, donkeys and goats. You can buy small bags of food for them from the reception area. Lots of fun activities for children to do- under cover too if the weather is rubbish. My granddaughter adores sitting on the grey tractor. She also loves building sandcastles in the sand. I think that the hand washing stations are an asset as there are plenty dotted around to save a huge queue. There is a nice area on the lawn for picnics with benches outside. There is also seating inside if weather poor. The toilets were plentiful and clean too. Staff very pleasant too. We did not ride on the tractor trailer as my granddaughter doesn't like it- it can get very bumpy apparently. We waved to the people enjoying it though. Lovely to spend a couple of hours watching the children enjoy themselves in this pleasant venue.
Went today with a 4.5 year old and a 1.5 year old. We all had an amazing experience. Very good value for money and the facilities were perfect for both ages. Plenty to do for the younger one as well, which we have struggled to find at other places. Tractor ride was scary, but great fun. Spent a whole day there and was one of the last to leave. Plenty of picnic benches and would suggest taking a lunch as limited food available . Good amount of outdoor and indoor activities, should the weather be against you. I can't recommend this place enough!
Not as big on animals as we expected but absolutely worth the visit and we look forward to going again. Amazing play facilities for kids and we had a lovely day out. There are options to buy lunch but it's limited so specially for anyone with dietary limitations I would suggest to bring food.
What a brilliant venue for families with young children. So well set out in a compact area. I brought my 7 year old grandchild, who would have happily stayed all day long he was having so much fun. It is not over commercialised - which is refreshing . Very reasonably priced entry.
Absolutely brilliant day with the kids. So much for them to do. The pony ride and tractor and trailer rides were the highlight of the day. With carting, sandpits, slides, swings, zip wire. Indoor softplay, outdoor climbing and adventure. And the feeding the horse, donkeys and goats. Very enjoyable day out. Price is very reasonable also. Definitely somewhere to come back to. And would very much recommend.
A lovely little place to visit with the children. More than enough to see and do without it being to much. Excellent value for money.
