Large countryside area and wildlife haven, with a mix of woodland, chalk and grass habitats.
A beautiful area to walk and explore in. You can walk for miles around some of the prettiest countryside in Surrey. It's perfect for the most adventurous walkers to people just out for a nice casual stroll. Perfect for walking your dawg too if you have one. It's always a good idea to take provisions on any walk but if you are there Thurs-Sun there is an excellent coffee truck next the old Wood mill called Wild About Coffee. They are lovely people and serve hot cold drinks and snacks they are there 9am - 3pm on the above days.
Beautiful, big place with great views of the Surrey Hills, Headley, Mickleham, etc. Plenty to see and the viewpoint is spectacular. Great place for all. Been many times and didn't want to leave. Could stay for ages. Stunning all year, especially in the Spring and Summer and when the sun is out.
It is not a park of usual kind. This park has easy access from the road through both by walk and car. The parking is free. Entry is free to the park. From the parking you will find a narrow road leading towards small hilly forest. If you walk towards there you will find different narrow paths. If you are lucky you might be able to see deer, we weren't but some we crossed path with, they saw 3/4. The environment is very lovely and calm. This park is suitable for all age groups and dogs. There is a private farms on the way. The entire park is having new seasonal flower bloom. There are few of rubbish bin and pet litter boxes. It needs a cafe with enough comfortable sitting spaces both inside and outside and toilet. Must be a greater beauty in summer. Enjoy
This is a great park with lots of different walks available, lots of routes you can take! It's very popular with people walking their dogs (and for good reason!)
Massive area with its of paths for exploring. It looks beautiful in the autumn, has fields with cattle and sheep, hills to climb and viewpoints where you can see Box Hill. It is on bus routes, so you don't have to drive there - although you may have to cross a busy road to get there where there is a shortage of safe crossings.
This place is really fascinating. Basically, the walking path is going between pastures with beautiful sceneries. You can bring your dog and enjoy the day with your family. The main car park was free on the Sunday we went there.
