This 19th-century clock tower stands 40 feet tall, built from red brick with stone dressings and a slate roof. Its square base supports an octagonal shaft, topped with a pyramidal roof and a weathervane in the shape of a cockerel. The clock faces, one on each side, feature Roman numerals and are topped with a decorative pediment. The tower's design is a mix of Gothic Revival and Italianate styles, adding to the charm of Northolt's town center.
