Liked: The site is perfectly located to explore Chester, it has had a new shower block and toilet faciliteis installed - both fabulous, lovely hot water. The cafe alongside site is really reasonable and good food lovely staff. A really lovely few days here. We were welcomed on arrival and shown our pitch, staff lovely. Disliked: Nothing really, a little noisey at times, but you quickly get used to this and get on with enjoying your holiday/break.

Liked: The toilets and shower block were lovely, clean and shower was hot. Grass pitch was well maintained, and we had plenty of space to kick a ball around on our section. All the other park users were considerate during our stay. The office were helpful in calling us to inform us of a cancellation so we could extend our stay by 1 night, when I made an error in booking for only one night instead of 2. Disliked: Next time we will look for a park with a playarea to suit our children better, but we knew there wasn't one here before coming, and the facilities they did have were excellent.

We stayed here over the weekend and really enjoyed it. The road is noisy but that's to be expected and to be honest it didn't impact our sleep and our toddler didn't mind. New shower blocks are being developed which is good and Just Eat and Deliveroo also deliver to the site. It's a secure site which gave us piece of mind especially having a small person with us. Nice, spacious tent pitches and the grounds are very clean. Would definitely return as its central to so many different places of interest.

Great location with good transport links and easy access to Chester and North Wales, but does suffer with road noise as a result. However saying this, it didn't bother us too much. The site is well maintained with good sized hard standing, fully serviced pitches around an outer circle and grass on the inner for tent and other units. As with other comments although clean enough, the toilets feel like they are in need of a really deep clean to give them that sparkle. Also on site are a number of small units and a great little cafe that does a cracking breakfast.

Excellent yet again. Staff very helpful, new toilets and shower blocks well serviced and cleaned regularly well equipped. I love camping here 2nd time will be coming again. The site is well equipped, tidy,clean.ideal for family's very safe.will be coming back because owners/staff look after the site which is rare,the owners should be pleased and acknowledged of this. Thank you for great week camping,shame you couldn't stop storm Lillian lol.

Liked: Lovely little site in an excellent location for stop offs on our way south. Pitches were good size & level with ehu. Communication from the site was excellent. Disliked: Situated between two busy roads so aware of road noise but it didn't trouble us too much. Dog excrement on the grass by our pitch & the facilities were very limited however there appeared to be work being done to improve the toilet block while we were there!
