We are a CPSA Premier Plus Clay shooting facility and Promatic Traps Centre of Excellence situated in Nottinghamshire. Open for daily Sporting, Skeet, DTL and Sport Trap practice. No need to book. We specialise in shooting tuition for both individuals and groups & parties. We have many years' experience in running corporate events to suit any budget. There is an undercover Air rifle range with the ability to hire air rifles. And a large clubhouse, cafe, and gun shop. A one stop clay shooting facility; 53-acres with over 100 traps in operation. What an awesome afternoon at Orston shooting ground, great interaction with the instructor Toby. Nothing was too much trouble for anyone, plenty of shooting of clays will certainly be going back again.
We went for our first day out at Orston Shooting Ground with my partner and her parents and it was perfect. The Staff are amazing and all around great personalities, The cafe on site was amazing and strongly recommended the breakfast they serve as it was cheap, really good portions size and overall taste perfect, our instructor was very helpful, very friendly and encouraging. Overall I would 100% recommend planning a day out with family/friends at Orston Shooting Ground as we will be coming back again for another session.
Fantastic introduction to clay pigeon shooting! Andrew our instructor was amazing, we felt safe, confident, happy & entertained in his exceptional care!!! Excellent reception staff, so friendly & helpful & coffee shop was lovely! Down here on holiday but will be back if in the vicinity again. Exceptional experience one hour have a go, wish we'd booked for longer as enjoyed it so much, worth every penny! Thank you! Think our son has found his sport!
What an absolutely amazing experience at Orston Shooting Ground. Me and my fiance did the 'Have A Go' experience and I cannot recommend it highly enough. I must praise how amazing Steve S was with us, his thorough knowledge and much needed patience was impressive. Thank you so much Steve S and the team for making my fiances birthday a day to remember. We will be back.
I have been coming to Orston for many many years, the grounds are kept immaculately, the club house, Cafe crew, Grounds staff and Owners are all really friendly and knowledgable. For anyone wanting to try this amazing sport - Orston has you covered on all areas..... An amazing ground with Targets for everyone
