Grassy rural land along the River Ouzel with walking/cycling paths & a community apple orchard.
Took the kids treasure hunting with a metal detector for some fun. Found a dog tag and kids just ran around. But what a lovely bit of greenery. I hope it never goes and gets built on.

One of the highlights is the abundance of wildflowers and greenery, especially in the spring and summer months. The park is also very family-friendly, with ample space for picnics and play. Dog owners will appreciate the wide-open areas where their pets can roam freely. Overall, Ouzel Valley Park is a fantastic spot for anyone looking to unwind and enjoy the natural beauty of Milton Keynes. Highly recommended!
Really nice field. Loads of sheep grazing. Big pond of water on the path though but didn't stop us from walking.
Hidden Gem for Dog Lovers and History Buffs This park offers a unique blend of nature, history, and canine fun. With ample space for off-leash running when sheep aren't grazing, furry friends can stretch their legs while owners soak in the remains of a medieval village. The river, though boasting a strong tide, provides a refreshing escape for adventurous pups. A must-visit for any dog owner seeking both adventure and a touch of history!
Probably the largest and the most beautiful park in Milton Keynes.... The river Ouzel adds beauty to this park in most places. It's common to see this river overflowing into walking paths, when there there is a heavy rain. Rain boots are recommended on rainy days. Trees become colourful during autumn season. People enjoy walking here with their partners and pets. There are a plenty of children playgrounds and picnic benches. Many times, I came across grassing fields which are clearly signposted and secured. I love this well maintained park wholeheartedly.
Gorgeous open green space area for exercise walking and having picnics and grazing not far from the Canal Willen Lake or the pubs I recommend you go to the Cross Keys in Woolstone as its family friendly and been there lots of times I had a peaceful walk here earlier and enjoyed the space took photos and seen some horse's and they even came up to me and said hello and the canal around that area is the best part of MK
