Panoramic views out to sea. Easy to see why coastal erosion has badly impacted on this area in the past. Access to flat sandy beach via a steep incline to the concrete promenade below. Another access point is via a steep flight of uneven steps. Cliff top car park has public toilets and visiting ice cream van. Food can be found at either the Sea Marge Hotel, White Horse ph or Cliff top Cafe.
It's easy to lose sight of the of the madding crowd here. The sound of the surf crashing on the shingle and the unbroken horizon gives one a sense of peace and belonging.
