Tregoyd House adventure centre is located in the dramatic Black Mountains, part of the Brecon Beacons National Park. Visitors will love its rural, 'away from it all' feel and the fantastic watersports available on the nearby lake. There's plenty of land activities too - from facing fears on the zip wire to a race around the quad bike track.
My son went on his shool residential trip here and said it was amazing. The building is outstanding with excellent facilities. He raved about the buffet breakfast. The activities were exciting and the grounds are phenomenal. He was also very complimentary about the staff who were helpful, fun , energetic and friendly.
went here in year 6: was amazing (so much better then bushcraft SEND YOUR KIDS HERE!) from the food to the activities, it was perfect. definitely would go again
My daughter stayed here for 3 nights in 2021, when she had just turned 8yrs of age. She loved her time there, she spoke highly of the staff and activities. We found the staff to be very helpful and reassuring, whereas our daughter was in high dudgeon because the staff took her mild egg allergy seriously and she had a wristband that meant she was denied cake. On the one night we rang to see how homesick our precious little darling was, staff had to coax her to the phone and she briefly acknowledged our existence before running back to the disco. Suffice to say she is petitioning for a 7 night stay this year - thankfully they take Childcare vouchers in the English centres!
My son loved his visit here
9 year old g/son had a lovely time. He enjoyed the food, entertainment and various activities. A beautiful spot set close to the Brecon beacons. Dormitory accomodation, full board and activities such as canoeing, climbing, trekking and orienteering etc all inclusive .
Just amazing! All the activities help your child face their fears like heights. A bonus as well is that they are so good with kids, I recommend taking your child.
