Always lovely walk there around Palace. We love to see all the grey squirrels there is abundance of them especially during conkers season. Beautiful, clean, lots of walkers, unique playground for children, public toilets usually open, lots of unique trees which is wonderful as we love nature. Also wonderful gardens behind with beautiful wodden tunnel, wee pond with fountain, which makes it perfect to makes photos. Ice house a bit hidden and super cool to see inside, we love a bit of history. Big free parking. Friendly locals.
Spacious park with a number of different walking routes (forest, field, etc). Clean, well-kept and perfect for a 30-60min stroll. There are toilets on site and parking is available both at the very entrance and further inside the park.

There's large open spaces, paths around the perimeter, beautiful buildings, lovely gardens, toilets, a cafe, a children's play area and an outdoor gym. Plenty of parking in the Demesne or in the nearby shopping carparks. It's easy to spend an hour here.
