What an amazing place! My kids enjoyed the OTTER EXPERIENCE which we booked online and we weren't disappointed. We were met by a fantastic and enthusiastic zoo member who explained everything in details and they went on to feeding the otters and preparing next day food for the animals. My children absolutely loved this experience and I definitely recommend trying it. You can also do the penguin and bird feeding. The place itself is so well looked after and the birds are healthy and friendly.
10/10 recommend many different varieties of birds and very informative. The shows they do are very entertaining and I really like how they don't force the birds to do anything that they don't want to do and don't discipline the birds when they don't do something. Amazing day out for all the family. Reasonable prices for food and drink and amazing worker that are very pleasant. This place is also completely wheelchair friendly which is amazing. I will be returning without a doubt as this is one of the best places I have visited whilst being around here.

I was a little apprehensive going through the entrance but it did not lay waste to how beautiful this park was, firstly the plantation and garden like walkways are gorgeous. The park has really put alot of time and effort into planning and laying out the beautiful plats and trees throughout. The bird variety is brilliant, the animal selection seem to be of the smaller variety which really suited my youngest as she is a little intimidated by large animals so I was very appreciative of this aspect. The bird show was really good and the food selection was very good. The play centre was very clean and spacious with plenty of facilities for the kids. Brilliant day out worth every penny.
Great little day out, it's not a huge site compared to some but it's packed in. The lady giving the penguin talk was very knowledgeable and had an obvious bond with them, as did all animal handlers. The bird displays are great and the goats very cheeky!

Cafe was reasonably priced and good food. Jungle barn was a good end to the day with a coffee. Well worth the money.
Was so lovely, the kids loved seeing all the different types of birds and the one Parrot t Said Hello !! Was the best part for my son. The soft play was great.. nice and clean! Kids had a lot of fun.
