Grab your bucket and spade and head to Nairn Lochloy Holiday Park where soft golden sand and a boat load of fun awaits you. Set in one of the most picturesque parts of Scotland, Nairn is a truly beautiful beach location and it's a great spot for venturing out to the Highlands. With an abundance of castles, forests and country parks within your reach, you won't be short of days out. There is plenty to get stuck into on park too - relax in the indoor pool and sauna, challenge friends and family to a round of crazy golf or explore the great outdoors on the wildlife nature trail. After a fun-filled day, head to Spelding's Lounge Bar to refuel with mouthwatering dishes and tasty treats.
Just returned from a 3 night stay with 9 year old twins. The stunning beach side location and the fact we were surrounded by wild bunnies and saw dolphins from the beach really made this trip. We booked a Skye caravan which overall met expectations. It was clean enough, bedding was fine, and everything was in working order including the heating for one nippy evening.|Aside the location, the staff deserve a mention. Reception staff were really friendly and helpful and the entertainment staff did a great job, Euan deserves a special mention for giving his all in all the different sessions he ran. They work really hard and the children absolutely loved all the family games, music and dancing.|Only downside was that the some of the kids activities were all booked up so would recommend booking ahead if you know you want specific ones. |Would certainly visit again after our first Parkdean stay.
Never been to Scotland before and also never been to a Park Dean. We usually go to Haven. I think I've been swayed to stick with Park Dean now. The caravan was spotless, the entertainment was incredible for my little boy. The staff are SO helpful. Bethany and Ewan are very talented and amazing with the children. The site itself is relatively small but I really liked that. Situated basically on the most stunning beach and the marina. Will 100% be returning.
Lovely holiday. Great location. Lots to do within the site. Caravans a little close together but it wasn't too noisy from the rest of the site. Loved the entertainment/games area. Caravans could have been a bit cleaner and the beds were awfully uncomfortable but overall a great long weekend. We only found out about the pool as we were leaving sadly!
Super location next to a delightful beach. Other than that, we found the experience pretty disappointing. Shower blocks in a very poor state, no liquid hand wash for two days and blocked toilets. Attempted to call the number to report issues with the facilities and after numerous redirects, was told to go to tell reception a good ten minute walk away. That isn't really acceptable. There was toilet paper all over the shower cubicle at 4pm one day and it was all still there at 9am the next day. We booked the site for the pool but the opening times are so limited it is almost unusable. For non-owners, it is closed by either 2:45pm or 4pm every day. Which given the size of the site is ridiculous. We definitely wouldn't return.
Had a lovely week in Nairn. The site is situated on the most stunning beach and surrounding areas. The entertainment was good although felt monotonous after being there a few days. Food at the restaurant on site was good and drinks were good too. |The only downside was our caravan we had to clean it ourselves on arrival as there was stuff on the floors and cans and bottles left in the bedroom so not fully cleaned and checked when cleaned which is disappointing considering we paid extra to bring our dog so would expect a deeper clean. our van was situated next to the main stretch of road so was quite busy at times which made our dog unhappy at times. |Overall enjoyed days out , seeing the sights and had a relaxing week in a beautiful part of the world
Liked: The sandy beach was just a walk over some sand dunes. Absolutely stunning. Warm welcome when we arrived. Disliked: Tent was right next to a water treatment works that made a loud mechanical noise at night - luckily had ear plugs and it was not smelly!
