Fantastic family trip to Cornwall this year, weather was great. We stayed in parkdean newquay. Lovely little caravan. Really central to everywhere we wanted to go. Great onsite facilities, but the best bit was the entertainment! Fantastic shows, got to mention all the team as they were outstanding Nicole, Sammii, Emily, Molly, Gregory and their manager Zoe was a real showstopper. We will definitely be back
Great family holiday! The children really enjoy the evening entertainment, the crew members are brilliant with the kids, Zoe, Emily, Nicole Sami, Gregory and Molly were all fantastic! Thank you for helping us make precious memories! We particularly enjoyed the location of the holiday park, roughly a 10 minute drive to the beach, we enjoyed visiting|Lands End which was an hours drive away. Would definitely visit again.
well here it goes: 1. We was out in a lodge top of a hill of the site when I booked this I said my wife and son is disabled as such we could not get to the entertainment on every night 2. I can't book swimming at all as all slots taken 3 table service was rubbish via app as I had to go to bar 3 times to chase my order after 20 minutes 4. Not enough entertainment here for kids in the evening and more focused to adults 5. Unhappy no service from reception or out of hours text number when I attempted this. 6. Bedding issues where my kids wet the bed and I have to beg for bedding 7. No fresh towels or bedding after a few days. 8. On trying to call the number on site and out of hours text message I had no response and had phone put down on me. I had to chat many times online with you instead. 9. I had towels I requested on the day of leaving this is poor after I requested them 2 days prior to me leaving. 10. I had to go on to chat to request bedding and still had to go to reception to chase it and they still did not arrive until the following day so my kids had no bedding that night. It occurred on: 2024-08-02 This meant that This will be my last holiday with park dean and I will be making an effort to leave reviews on social media to let people know to avoid as you definitely not holiday happy! I have never felt so mistreated on a holiday and my kids were upset that they could not do many activities as it was fully booked. They managed to get to the pool once ! There was also not all the activities that the website advertise like the karts
Lovely holiday park, not too packed and perfect for our needs. The outdoor pool on a warm day could easily be somewhere abroad. Special shout out to Andy for the great service and making the holiday a bit more special and memorable (and a nod to Mat for the fun banter). What a fantastic holiday park!!! Been coming here every year for about 10 years. Staff are very polite, friendly & helpful. Nothing is a problem. The entertainment staff work extremely hard & the shows in the clubhouse are always excellent. So well done to all the staff at Newquay Holiday Park!!!
Went to the fish and chips, was absolutely amazing fish and chips. The staff member Dale was really helpful and was also really efficient, he was super friendly and could tell he cared about the place. The caravans were tidyish but could do with a little more time put into the vans. Overall a really good experience.
