What a warm welcome Check - in they told us everything we needed to no, got to the caravan it was very clean , went for a walk , massive football pitch , park very good for little ones, crazy golf night time entertainment was very good ! The staff are brilliant!! Loads of things to do in the day, so glad I picked here !! I got 4 kids , only thing I would say is maybe a little stool for the 2p machines but that's not a negative.. ||Food we had three times & it was fresh hot very well priced !! ||Thanks for much for a brilliant holiday
I was apprehensive to go in our first caravan holiday as a family, however m from the second we got here all staff have been extremely welcoming and friendly. The caravan was spotless and the activities to choose from were great! We had such a fun packed weekend. Food was lovely and very reasonably priced! ||We will definitely be coming back to a Park Dean resort!
2 caravans booked one for the family with children and ours - both excellent! The family caravan located close to the amenities for the grandchildren and ours a little further away for the dogs. Both very clean, great entertainment if you wanted it with plenty for children to do. Ayr is only a short distance away, with other great places to explore on the Ayrshire coastline.
Liked: Park for the kids and the pool. Disliked: Pitch was too close to the football pitch so our caravan was hit repeatedly with a football. Complained and they said in reception there was nothing they could do and they weren't liable for any damage. Men's toilet block was disgusting and dirty throughout. Children climbing on roof of toilet block. Overpriced in bar and shop. Been here a few times but seems to have gone downhill. Won't be back.
Liked: Had everything we needed, our children enjoyed playground, our pitch was straight next to it so we could see them from our caravan. It was very noisy as lots of playing children might bother people without children. At night, it was very peaceful. The bathroom was very clean.

All the staff from the pool & activities team, arcade staff are amazing and nothing is ever to much trouble for them. So much choice for kids activities including hover archery which Bailey was great with the kids and really made time for them, squishie making, wipeout and so much more, Biggest shout out has to go to Kyle from the Entertainment team,The effort that he put in to make sure the kids have the best holiday is amazing and done with such high energy and a massive smile on his face no matter what the time of day. Also wez , Hannah and Tasha ,We will definitely be back, thanks to all the staff for a fantastic holiday.
