We have just returned from a 5 day holiday at Parkdean Warmwell. We were a family of 4 adults, 1 teen, a toddler, a baby and a dog. We stayed in a 4 bed lodge which was very spacious and well equipped. |We paid for priority check in which gave us lots more time to use the facilities. Mel on reception was so helpful and went above and beyond to make sure our stay went well. We all tried different activities, all of us enjoyed the ringo's , there was lots of laughter whizzing down the slopes. Our teen did a skiing lesson which he thought was great. The boys had a taster session and fishing lesson with Jack, he was very informative giving them tips, he was a great teacher and they had lots of laughs. Our teen loved the high rope challenge, everyone was very friendly. Our 2 year old grandson had a great time splashing in the pool, meeting paw patrol, playing at the parks and doing sand art. The activities catered for all age groups. We all had a fantastic holiday including the dog and will hopefully be back.
We were blown away with our visit to Warmwell. Children's entertainers are great, really get involved with the children and make them feel special. The cabins are huge and very secluded. There is a fishing lake on site which previously held a Carp UK record back in the 90s. Cabins are clean well stocked with cups, plates cutlery etc... a very pleasant few days and well worth the 3.5hr journey. Well done Parkdean.
I have just left the park after a weeks stay with my mother and my twin sons. The park is absolutely amazing, beautiful scenery, peaceful surroundings at the lodges and endless things to do. The staff in every area of the park were extremely friendly and nothing was too much trouble for them. They always had smiles on their faces and were great with my children whenever they asked them anything. The lodge was exceptionally clean and the beds were the comfiest I have ever slept in at a holiday park. The evening and day time entertainment was of such a high quality and our evenings were filled with dancing, singing and plenty of laughs. I have to shout out especially to Ben as he was extremely hard working, never stopped rushing about and was always ready to help others. He was a perfectionist and you could really see his passion for the job every minute of the day. Thanks Warmwell for our second amazing holiday this year! Here's to booking for a Christmas stay!
Been to a few Parkdean resorts but this is by the far the best! The accommodation was lovely and the whole park was clean and well looked after.|The best part really is the amount of activities and entertainments on site!! So much for the kids to do - we did not stop for 4 days!!|Amazing entertainments too in the evening, a big thanks you to Kayleigh for being awesome with the kids - such a talented dancer too!|Finally a shout out to the chefs - the food was awesome, we ate out a lot.|Can't wait to go back next year!!!
I would just like to thank the amusement staff in the arcades they were absolutely fantastic cheering us up as the lodge and stay hadn't been the best so far but yet the staff carried us through. I would especially love to thank Cameron he was amazing a key asset to the staff and in my opinion deserves a massive promotion he lovely kind hearted and very helpful when needed he helped us choosing our prizes and everything and even checking up on us to see if we were ok we absolutely loved him
Excellent accommodation. Easy check in and out. Clean, everything provided and ability to easily cook. Great facilities, could do with longer opening hours for soft play for little kids which may be the case out of term time. It was only open until 5pm which is when you would be back from a day trip. Great location. Great price. Great for young families over airport holidays. Only down point is security to windows which can easily be opened by smart little kids. I've never stayed somewhere like this before and actual brought tape with me in case of this kind of thing- as a worrier. I taped the window handles down for the duration of stay as the first thing my kid did was open the window which is at bed height. Perhaps you could fit child locks as standard to kids rooms and people can use or disable and may still be easy to get out in an emergency.
