Alway swim out and test the depth 1st . May at worst jump from the lower rocks 1st. Only safe to jump about hour before high tide and 45 minutes after. Lots of submerged rock all around . Caution and not for diving. To the left are more rocks and very much a washing machine experience. No go zone behind Pen Rocks . Water can be very cold even in summer. Wet suit recommended.

It is next to the beach aswell which is very good. So this comes to my conclusion that these rocks are very good and deserve 5 star ratings.
