A picturesque waterfall located in a tranquil woodland setting, dropping 12 meters over a rocky cliff, surrounded by lush greenery and moss-covered stones, creating a serene and peaceful atmosphere.
Very pretty walk. There are two ways to get down. Had yummy food, then walked down from the cafe. On the way back, walked the carpark way back. This way was less steap. Some big steps to get down to the waterfall but really pretty and well built for a man made. You can pick a longer walk with lots of points of interest. I would recommend popping into the cafe/visitors centre first to have a read up about the area first. They have put together easy ways to take this information in. Also lovely views from the windows. Hope this helps.
Located inside Penllergare park. A small but charming waterfall.
Beautiful woods, the kids (& husband) love to explore (& jump in to) the waterfall as soon as there's a hint of sun
So first time here and it was a sunny day. Lots of people taking photos, some having a paddle in the shallows to cool off their feet and to get a better selfie with the waterfall. I waded in to cool off and get my own selfie. I took a few photos of others to help out also. One family was having a full on picnic on the bank which was lovely to see.
Wonderful place, but the place needs more to look after. Anyway, beautiful.
Beautiful place.Great place to walk the dogs.A must see.
Good for kids
