The Peter Coke Shell Gallery in Sheringham contains an exhibition of almost 200 stunning shell-art sculptures and beautiful arrangements, made with shells from all over the world - all the work of one man. Peter Coke (1913--2008), actor and playwright, made the delicate sculptures during his retirement, from shells he had collected all his life.

Beautifully intricate art pieces by a very clearly talented and patient man. Volunteers for both this gallery and the connecting lifeboat museum were lovely and informative. Definitely worth stopping by!
Went looking for a craft shop (which we never did find), and stumbled into a world of something you'd imagine seeing in the little mermaid. The designs and craftsmanship are amazing, personally never seen anything like it, didn't know you could create such beautiful masterpieces from simple shells. Also is joined to a boat museum, which was possibly more fascinating, depends what interests you.
