Very disappointed with them. First, my friend instead us because She celebrated her daughter's birthday and They didn't tell her about the car park limit to stay. Now I have to pay PS170 because apparently I was overstayed free time! And not just me, more people of our group got fine too... What a shame! Plus they don't have enough staff to control all the children there. 2 children pushing my wee daughter and in the pit ball were children over 6 years... I won't never go there again.
Tables absolutely rammed with rubbish. No one cleaning up. Coffee and food horrendous, staff disinterested and on top of all charging 2 Adults admission along with their child is just absolutely insane. To sit on a seat. Toilets also absolutely disgusting. I suggest the owner has a rethink of the terrible pricing strategy and looks into how to make this place a better experience for people that come to use the premises. Simple staff training, like how to clean up, how to be polite and how to do some work also might go a long way.
Went with grandchildren for a school friends party on a Saturday afternoon. The place was really busy and we were getting a table to sit at. Both boys had great fun, one at the party and the other just running and playing on the slides etc. Food and coffee good and reasonable prices.
Nice place for kids. Quite busy on Sunday. Lots of fun for all ages.
We went on a Sat afternoon with a 2 and 3 year old. Place was far too busy, completely full and hard to get a table. Staff were letting more families in nonstop. I think at peak times this place is awful for younger toddlers as it too big and lots of older kids running everywhere, knocking smaller kids down (no badness, just older kids). I would recommend for ages 4+. I also think this place needs to review the max number allowed in at any time, it was far too full over capacity and overrun on Saturday. We didn't have a second either for a tea/coffee as it was too busy. Personally, not for me and we won't be back. I understand this would suit other families with similar aged children, but we wanted a calmer play environment and learned our lesson. Might be calmer in the mornings.
Great big soft play area, cafe with good food at reasonable prices
