Rolling grassland nature reserve on 23-acres with town views & footpaths run by local government.
Absolutely stunning place. Especially, ones you get on the top of the hill it's just breathtaking views. Not far from London. Great, getaway to recharge and relax. Lovely people on the trails. Love it and recommended. Perfect to relax, recharge, hike. To add more, to this beautiful view, also you will find horses to watch - stunning.
One of my favourite places for a dog walk. Beautiful views and only a short walk from the Chantries woodland and St Martha's Church.
A gorgeous place to take a stroll with or without four-footed friends. Only downside is that unless you live nearby or have a car, it may not be so easy to get to. The parking availability isn't great, either. There is some free street parking on Pewley Hill, but I'd suggest parking at Halfpenny Lane Car Park which is free. This will also get you onto some of the amazing trails that will take you up the hill.
Super chill hill, great for dog lover Perfect for a picnic, you can see a wonderful view of the farm down the hill. Easy to go, doesn't take long to walk from the town center.
A lovely view and outdoor space incredibly close to the town centre if you don't mind walking up the hill. Has been busy during COVID which is nice to see as people are using the space to get some fresh air and exercise. Bikes are allow along here, great access to the Surrey Hills if you are into riding. If you are lucky you might see a Deer in the chantry woods which are looked over from Pewley down
Fantastic place to walk, watch the birds and connect with nature. Hard to believe it's a stone's throw (well, a generous one!) from Guildford town centre.
