Brilliant time at the Play Towers My grandaughter loved every minute. (3.5 years old) Very safe environment for play. She played in the under 4's part as well as the older childrens area. Manager was very helpful. Will definitely be going again soon. Highly recommend this play area.
Kids always have a blast while visiting play towers. Unfortunately the cleanliness of the seating area is always quite bad. The staff are rather miserable and not very welcoming. Service for drinks and snacks is pretty slow
The softplay is a really good place for all ages children, the staff are really polite and very helpful. The only thing that I would say, is the younger area for children under 4 - sometimes has children quite a bit older than this that go in, which doesn't seem fair on the littleuns. In my eyes, a staff member should be reminding parents to advise their children. The Bowling side, couldn't fault it one bit - recently took our 2.5 yr old for his first game and he loved it. The Manager was extremely helpful and kind. Highly recommended.
Lots of fun bowling, soft play was good for kids and manager was very kind and helpful. The hot drinks really need sugar sachets because this day and age it really is not wise and puts people off from buying them and that is less income for you guys. But thanks very much for my sons lovely birthday. And a new set of mugs is definitely needed.
Went to play towers on a Friday afternoon, never again. So mucky and dirty, looks like it hasn't been cleaned for years. On the big soft play, there was clumps of muck and dust everywhere, and in serious need of a revamp as things was broken on there.. would not recommend!!
