Liked: Large pitches Clean facilities Good showers Well maintained We were also able to leave our caravan (with permission) in a parking space so we go for a walk at a country park before driving home. Clear instructions via text for check in. People seemed to keep to the rules and it was quiet at night. Good base for Blackpool. Free WiFi which is a huge bonus Disliked: Although the text with info was great, I missed the check in and meeting a host. No park for the children so we spent majority of our time not on site.

Liked: Clean facilities (toilet and shower block) which were always kept nice and restocked ie. toilet rolls. Showers the perfect temperature! Quiet campsite perfect for families and was able to pitch next door to our friends. Beautiful scenery and only a 20/30 minute drive to Blackpool centre. Electric hook up, liked that the water tap was right next to your tent as well, very handy! WiFi actually worked and was good. When we noticed a toilet was blocked communication was quick and it was sorted straight away.

Liked: Absolutely lovely campsite. Easy to access with the code that was texted to us the day before. Quiet, beautiful views, big pitches. Extra bonus of a water tap for each pitch. The showers and toilets (4 of each) were always warm and clean. I had a problem one night and texted the owner at 10pm not expecting a reply but I had a text back within 10 minutes and the problem was resolved. Will definitely stay again. Disliked: Nothing.

Liked: Facilities are immaculate... quiet family site. Would deffinately recommend on 20 minutes to fleetwood for crabbing and museums and only 30 minutes to Blackpool for everything that has to offer. Disliked: Not really a dislike but would be nice to have a squeegee to clear up the water outside the shower so you can dry off properly but this will be something I add to my packing list for next time. Also no park for the kids... but a field is enough tbh

Liked: Clean and tidy site. Always loo paper in the toilets! Shower was a timed push button, temp was always good. Great location for easy access to Blackpool. Disliked: Small thing, nothing that would not stop us staying again. - A shelf in the showers. I wear glasses and would have preferred somewhere nearer to put them than in my shoe near the door. There are hooks behind the door which were sufficient for clothes, towel and wash bag (if you have something to hand it by)

Liked: Beautifully quiet site in a lovely location. Facilities block was warm and clean,I really liked having the hairdryers in there own area. The pitches were all hardstanding and a good size ,each with its own water tap,electric and a light Disliked: Sadly when we visited the grass was quite long particularly in the tent field and there were a lot of weeds coming through the gravel in the caravan field and a particularly tall weed right by the door to the facilities block This didn't detract from our holiday however it does just spoil the look of what is a beautiful site
