Very friendly and knowledgeable staff and a plenty to see! There's a lot to learn about the history of Porthcawl such as shipwrecks and Porthcawl and the Dambusters. Items are all donated by local people. Entry is only PS2.50. Well worth a visit!

We went to see what the museum had relating to the 49th West Riding Recce Regiment. The staff were very helpful and got us the diary out to read. Can't thank them enough.

Brilliant place!!! I popped in for no particular reason other than occupying my time for a short while. I was amazed at the amount of items on view, and all pertaining to local history. Fascinating! Staff are very friendly and are happy to answer all queries and more than willing to engage in conversations regarding local history. Run by volunteers who act as professional as you would want. Well worth a visit if you are on the area
