A picturesque harbour surrounded by historic buildings, quaint cottages, and bustling streets, Porthleven Harbour is a charming destination on the southern coast of Cornwall. The harbour's calm waters reflect the vibrant colours of the surrounding architecture, while fishing boats and sailing vessels bob gently on the tide. Visitors can stroll along the harbour wall, taking in the sights and sounds of this bustling fishing port, or enjoy a meal at one of the many seafood restaurants and cafes that line the waterfront.
Lovely harbour with great offer of restaurant, bars, ice cream and local art galleries. The colourful lights add a nice touch as they come on at sunset. Good place for surfing out of the Harbour and also good features for fishing from the Pier.
This place is outstanding. The environment is outstanding as well if you go there on a sunny day it looks so cool
Perfect little fishing village with some great shops and Pubs. Locals are warm and welcoming and the harbour is always buzzing. Great views and a lovely place to stay.
Beautiful special place, stunning views looking out over the harbour. There are plenty of local stalls long the harbour. Parking wise, I paid PS6 for 24 hours, so great value for money. However, it fills up quickly.
Porthleven was a lovely and quiet little port town with so many lovely views and shops that I enjoyed walking around. Definitely recommend for a little day visit. Defo look out for the beautiful Port cat, Reggie he was lovely!
Pretty town ,quite large. Lots of food and gift shops. Fish and chips and pasties available. We did a "treasure trail spy mission" here which took a couple of hours, purchased online via Treasure trails. Gets you all over the town for PS9.99. Beautiful views, quaint cottages.
