Nice beach,Dog friendly and you can go out far although I wouldnt recommend doing out too far the sand/mud gets soft and deep as we found out today this was on the right side, the first time we when to the left and the tide was coming in. We still when out pretty far and didnt experience the same soft deep sand. I would say if you are with little kids and you walk down to the sea just becare as it can go from ankle to waist with a step.
Stunning beach... beautiful panoramic views... sand and shingle. Dogs allowed and a small carpark, and places safe to park along the main road through the village. Public toilets which were scary as hell. Had a beautiful walk with lots to see. Well worth a stroll.

Cycled there in the morning when the tide was out. Really beautiful. Lots of people walking on the sands. Went back in the afternoon with the dog for a walk along the shingle and sands and he had a paddle!
