Unpretentious hotel near the sea featuring a restaurant & breakfast, plus relaxed rooms with Wi-Fi.
Great Premier Inn in the middle of Llandudno. We took our grandson for the weekend and it was perfect. The rooms are large and comfortable. We added breakfast and dinner - both were really good and reasonably priced. The staff were absolutely brilliant and couldn't do enough for you - they were especially good with our grandson. This was our second year here and would definitely return!
Perfect location to Llandudno Town Centre and seafront. Clean, spacious accessible standard twin premier inn room as advertised (although could not fit wheelchair down side of bed). The walk in shower room was perfect. Check in was simple and the staff were friendly. Only wish they had decaf tea! But staff more than happy to help when you need extra towels, tea coffee etc. The lift as you enter is very dodgy and often plays up!
First time in this relatively new hotel I had waited a long time to visit. I was upgraded to a larger room which was huge it was very comfortable had everything expected and needed for a couple of nights stay. The location is excellent close to train station and the town centre and there is a big shopping centre with supermarkets a few minutes walk away.|The entrance to the hotel was a bit confusing as you entered through a small door and went downstairs where the bar/restaurant and reception are. Staff were very welcoming and well presented and I look forward to returning soon.
Stayed in the Premiere Plus room In Llandudno. Fab! Shower brill! Love the extras ie coffee machine, fridge with bottles of water and of course the chocolate and Baylis and Harding soap and body wash. We added breakfast on the last day and was delicious and filling with plenty of choice. As a vegetarian I was able to find plenty to eat however, cooked breakfast was limited with no vegetarian sausages on offer. Not a problem though. Great location with everything you need on your doorstep. Staff friendly and welcoming.
Very good location for Llandudno and drives around Snowdonia although no immediate parking was a nuisance. Breakfast was good if you like fried food but kept running out. Room was basic and clean however with a faulty wall light with inadequate tape covering the live (?) cables. Was invoiced for breakfast for five days despite staying four nights and paying cash for the time I did eat.
We needed more toilet tissue and after 7 hours hadn't received any more. When it finally arrived we were expected to fill the container ourselves. Couldn't open the box! Luckily we had a spare plastic bag to cover it. Our breakfasts were great, no complaints but on our last day there were no croissants. We were told "waiting for delivery." Don't take any notice of their parking suggestion. Just put money in the machine at the station car park. Simple. All staff were pleasant and efficient. We found the "Pride" swags across the hotel distasteful. There really is no need. Pay more attention to a staff emergency rota instead!
