We have stayed at this hotel twice before. It is convenient to where we visit in Surrey. The surrounding area has country side, towns and shops if you need them. Also, accessibility to the south, Rail line close by into the city and places around. It's also quietly placed. |The staff at the hotel are pleasant and helpful. Its is so clean and comfortable, lovely bed linen and Vacuuming, The housekeepers work so hard. Including Lara. I noticed when coming and going. In some hotels we have visited you never see a vacuum! |The Meal facilities next door, We had a good selection of breakfast food, served efficiently by Maddy. |Should we revisit the area we would definitely stay again

We are regular visitors to the area as we have family nearby who are unable to accommodate us.|We usually stay at the Premier Inn Redhill Reigate.|On our most recent visit all staff were particularly friendly and welcoming. Our room was quiet (upper floor, furthest from reception). Room was very clean too.|On some occasions we have had breakfast and it is always adequate. |The good thing is that a Premier Inn almost invariably delivers what we expect, very comfy bed, fan and decent hairdryer the room, full length mirror etc. |This property does not have aircon or a lift to the upper floor rooms but we are aware of that.|Usually rooms are sensibly priced but we do sometimes get caught out if we book at short notice. This hotel is very popular.

We spent 2 nights here at the weekend as we were attending a family event on our first evening. Our room was upstairs was a bit dark but clean and comfortable. There is no lift and there were a few more steps on the corridor to our room so be aware and ask for downstairs if you have walking issues.|All of the reception staff were pleasant and helpful.

A standard Premier Inn with a Beefeater restaurant. Room and bed OK. Fixed shower over bath, would have preferred a shower you can move, making hair washing easier. Also, the room could do with more drawer or shelf space so don't have to live out of suitcase if staying more than one night. Location is good for Gatwick, Redhill, and Reigate. Breakfast is good.

Our first visit to this PI Gatwick property. I called ahead and requested a ground floor room as we had cases with us that we didn't want to lug up and down stairs (no lift here), this was honoured, but it is worth noting that the access to the rooms is not a level access and we had a few steps to negotiate as our room was towards the end of the corridor.||Room as expected, looks like a recent bathroom refurbishment, we had a good night's sleep in readiness for our early morning departure. My only niggle with the room was the lighting, everything seemed to be on one circuit so we were unable to have just bedside lights on.||Plenty of parking and the Beefeater next door was adequate for a bite to eat.||Will definitely consider staying here again in the future, easy 10 minute drive to the terminal.

Good location near airport .|Friendly staff. Happy to help with speedy check inn.|Pub ok for a meal with kids |Comfy beds.We all had a good night sleep.|Although the room. Was a quite warm we were offered sheets instead of quilts and we used the fan provided .|Would stay here again travelling to the airport was quick and easy
