A secluded cove surrounded by towering cliffs and lush greenery, with a small sandy beach and crystal-clear turquoise water that's perfect for swimming and snorkeling, and a historic 19th-century harbour wall that adds to the cove's charm.
A beautiful little cove next to Cape Cornwall. The car park is run by National Trust and costs just a pound with toilets and a small cafe serving drinks in real mugs! This is a much better place to visit than Lands End which is visible from here
The most beautiful corner of Cornwall, one of my favorite spots I think! There is a National Trust car park so bring change for a good cause, they have a cute little cafe and VERY clean toilets to use. Great for sitting in the sun or snorkeling :)
Love the cove, overlooked by Cape Cornwall and amidst some of the most stunning coastal scenery in the UK plus you can swim here!!! Expect to see grey seals, wild rabbits, kestrels, buzzards, wagtails and numerous other beasts and birds. Bring your camera, your binoculars, your swimmers and your family. Grab tea, coffee, cake and savouries from the cape cafe and spend a summer's day or two here if in SW Cornwall on your hols.
Beautiful little cove, worth investigating. Car park close by, and wonderful rock pools to discover. Lots of walks around the headland. Looks like it could get quite busy.
Tranquil tiny fishing cove. Cape Cornwall rising upwards to the right. A mile from our holiday cottage. Love this area
Priest's Cove - Cape Cornwall - This is a beautiful small local fishing cove, but also has the added benefit of a small sea pool which is great for a cool dip on a sunny day, or even a cold swim dip on a frosty winters day!! This part of our South West Coast path is surrounded by our great tin mining history, building, ruins, antiquities and stunning scenery, fauna and sea life. There are also some hidden Iron Age antiquities to also explore. Please check the Cornwall council website for times to take your dogs . Also, always check tide times. There is a National Trust car park, lovely cafe and facilities all in one area, however, bring a picnic, snorkelling mask and enjoy!!
