This woodland is a 12-acre green oasis in the heart of North London, offering a peaceful escape from the hustle and bustle of city life. A variety of tree species, including oak, beech, and silver birch, provide a habitat for local wildlife, while a carpet of wildflowers blooms in the spring. Meandering footpaths and a scenic pond add to the woodland's charm, making it a popular spot for walkers, joggers, and nature lovers.
Brilliant place for a dog walk! Lots of little paths and different terrains, making it really fun for dogs. Plus some great views. Definitely a new dog walking spot for us!
We came here to see the view across from Bath, and it was a success as a result. We could enjoy the opposite view of Alexandra Park and Skyline. (Be careful because there are few people and there is only one entrance and exit.)
Really nice and quiet walk through the wood. Plenty of wildlife and places to sit. The kids loved it.
Went here on a warm sunny day and loved it. Wasn't too busy.
Great community wood for walking, kids love it, been mushroom hunting today
Lovely walks and beautiful views of Bath. Little features hidden around corners that are fun to come across. Also a fee picnic tables dotted about. Highly recommended place to visit.
