Priory Park is a 24-acre park located in Storrington, West Sussex, England. The park features a variety of landscapes, including woodland, grassland, and wetland, as well as a large lake and a network of walking trails. Visitors can explore the park's natural beauty, spot local wildlife, and enjoy picnics or barbecues in designated areas. The park also hosts several events and activities throughout the year, including outdoor concerts, nature walks, and children's activities.
A beautiful little park, very unusual because it has some old ruins in it. There are tennis courts, a basketball court, playground, toilets (but they always seem to be locked) and a lovely rose garden and pond area. Sadly on my latest visit there was a lot of litter around the park which was sad to see. My dog likes it here too, it's popular with dog walkers.
Shot a wedding at the Priory Hall. Nice venue and the park and ruins make for a nice location to walk around and get some great couple's portraits. www.baphoto.co.uk
Very basic but good for a quick dog walk and in the middle of nowhere it was good to be able to stretch his legs
I live local and walk around the park regularly it's a nice place to walk and tennis courts are great, lots of places to sit and quite areas too. I enjoy going and taking the kids for some fresh air! Some lovely photos to be taken.
A great place to visit. Easy to get too and parking is great too. Priory park has these amazing ruins of an old priory built in the 1150's. It is right on the edge of a lovely park where families can enjoy the outside. If you love parks this is ideal, if you love to visit ruins it should top your list. Worth a visit.
Great little park on the edge of Dudley town centre. Named for the mediaeval ruined priory there (very picturesque), landscaping includes some lovely mature trees, rhododendrons are out right now, some great wildflower planting. Tennis courts. Park isn't flat but pretty easy to walk, especially with well defined tarmac paths.
