This nature reserve is situated on the southernmost point of Scotland, offering stunning views of the Irish Sea and the Isle of Man. The centre provides information on the local wildlife, including seabirds, cetaceans, and migratory birds. Visitors can explore the coastal path, which winds its way through rugged cliffs, hidden coves, and scenic beaches. The reserve is also home to a variety of flora, including wildflowers, gorse, and heather.
Visited the light house, and the guy at the top was full of knowledge about the place. You will never forget these views!! Absolutely breathtaking. Reading the information boards, it says there was a chance to spot dolphins, but unfortunately, no luck!!
Summer visits are great for breeding seabirds. Amazing views to Isle of Man and Ireland when the weather is good. Visitor centre was manned by a cheerful friendly knowledgeable volunteer who was happy to chat about all things avian. Cliff top walks easy going but many steep steps to foghorn viewpoint.
Lovely small exhibition of lighthouse related stuff. Great view from the lighthouse. Both together 5PS which is reasonable. Nice and helpful staff!
Visited yesterday and Teddy was ultra enthusiastic and knowledgeable about the Mull's animal life. The live screen snd information were superb. Thank you Teddy.
