We had a great time at the Family Picnic Day, lots of activities for the children. Lovely place to walk around, will definitely go again. Thank you to everyone who works there.
Wonderful walk around the nature reserve. Lots of birds to see and hear. The paths are well kept. Very different at the beginning of April. Lots of trees in bud but no leaves, they look very bare. The reeds and rushes are dry and brown. Still an excellent afternoon.
Walking the two dogs here most mornings. Great for an early morning walking tons of wildlife about to make it interesting, with a choice of a very long quiet road when wet to the actual nature reserve itself.
Take a picnic the kids won't bother you amazing space loads of wild life
