Rhos Fawr is a hill in the Brecon Beacons National Park, Powys, Wales. It stands at a height of 712m (2,336ft) and is a popular spot for hiking and hillwalking. The summit offers panoramic views of the surrounding countryside, including the Brecon Beacons and the Welsh valleys. On a clear day, it is possible to see as far as the Bristol Channel and the mountains of Mid-Wales. The hill is covered in heather and bracken, and is home to a variety of wildlife, including red kites, buzzards, and peregrine falcons.
