This 80-foot-tall clock tower stands proudly in the heart of Rhyl, a charming seaside town in North Wales. Built in 1899, the tower's red brick and terracotta façade features intricate stonework and ornate details, including a striking clock face on each of its four sides. The tower's architectural style is a blend of Gothic and Romanesque elements, giving it a unique and imposing presence. Visitors can climb to the top for panoramic views of the Irish Sea and the surrounding coastline.
Went to Rhyl on a day trip with a group we are with. Yes fair enough there isn't much to do in rhythm but for the 3hrs we was there we still had a good time. And it only rained as we was waiting for the coach home. I'm giving a 3 star rating due to that you have to pay 30p to go to the toilet. Where I think it should be free to go to toilet. But I understand the reasons why they have done that for. But if you are passing through then it may be worth a little visit.
Nice little place to visit, not much to do there to be honest. Unless you want a quiet escape
Love rhyl..used to be a bit run down but its vastly improved over the last few years
Distracts me from the town itself, but also reminds me where I am. Rhyl.
A magnificent clock tower.
OK
Wheelchair-accessible entrance
Good for kids
