Great spot, great town and great people. Two breweries, two butchers and a fantastic camping ground (The Old Station Yard). But the Riverside adjacent to the cricket field, is a gem.
Masham is a lovely little town with some great attractions. I was there for a nice looped run, which took in part of the river and past the gold course. The path along the river is really nice.
Perfect place to park the car to sit and relax have a picnic then go for a walk either into town or along the river. There is a honesty box to pay your car parking. Would definitely visit again great place to let the children run of steam
Parking available via an honesty box on the land next to the cricket club. Nice little path and it's very quiet and peaceful too. Just remember to wear suitable footwear if it's been raining recently.
